Easy nutri tips for weight loss
-Limit the amount of carbohydrates
-Follow the rule five meals per day
-Do not skip meals
-Drink a lot of water 10-12 cups per day
-Add sport activity to your weekly program
-Limit alcohool or replacy it with natural juices
-Consume veggetables every day
-Eat breakfast every day
-Sleep at least 8 hours per day
- Limit the consumption of sugar or replace it with stevia
-Prefer less fat products
-Limit the use of oil for cooking
-Try to not eat very late at night . 9 o'clock the latest
-Limit the amount of sweets . (3 times a week is enough)
