Juices are a really healthy drink especially when they are home made . They boost your energy and reduce your hunger.The most known type of juices is fruit juices but there are veggetables juices as well .Juices consist of carbohydrates ,very little protein and virtually no fat. Their wonderful taste comes from fructose . Fructose is naturall sugar of fruits . People who are allergic to fruits of veggetables should first ask their doctor before consumption . For those who don't drink milk , they can easily replace it with a juice . Orange juice is rich in vitamin C, folate, potassium and phytochemicals called flavonoids. Grapefruit juice has more carotenoids and other antioxidants .But be careful to products named ''juice drink'' or ''juice coctail'' because they consist of water with sugar , they are high in calories and they haven't vitamins . When you go out , instead of ordering an alcohol drink , you could order a natural juice . It doesn't mean that you should stop drinking alcohol , but try to replace it sometimes with a natural juice .
