before workout:

During sport activity , your body needs energy . You should ensure this energy by eating something before your
workout.
You can eat a fruit and some nuts . It is a perfect combination of carbohydrates and protein as well . You can also eat a small portion ( 10 gr ) of peanut butter


dURING WORKOUT :

During workout your body needs hydration and energy at the same time .
You mix 150 ml of juice with 350 ml of water in a bottle of 500 ml and you drink it during the workout . If you think that it isn't enough , you double the  water and the juice as well .
In that way your body gets hydration and energy at the same time .


after workout:

After your workout you can eat either a meal or a snack and drink a lot of water .
