INGREDIENTS FOR 2 CUPS (250+250 ML)
-500ml water
-1 or 2 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-juice from two squeezed lemons


METHOD

In a small casserole you add the water and the cinnamon . You boil them for about 5-10 min. Afterwards you add the honey and the lemon juice . You mix them and your diet juice is ready .
