Breakfast is the most impostant meal of the day .A good day starts with a good healthy and balanced breakfast .People who skip their breakfast tend to eat more during the day and as a result they gain weight .An ideal breakfast contains around 200-300 kcal. It should be a combination of carbohydrates , protein and fat . Here you will find some creative ideas to help you create your own breakfast.
